After login, the ‘MyCareWhiz’ Page you will find ‘My Services’ it will have all the services you have added earlier and options for adding other services. Choose from the service you want to add and follow through filling the fields. Note. You can make only 1 service request per criteria, but you may edit them as and when you like.
After login, select the Profile & Settings option from the left side of the panel, on the next page under Test Message Alerts click on edit and update your telephone and carrier information. Click enable or disable to Enable or Disable the Service. (This needs to be fixed there is no disable option.)
