After login, the ‘MyCareWhiz’ Page you will find ‘My Services’ it will have all the services you have added earlier and options for adding other services. Choose from the service you want to add and follow through filling the fields. Note. You can make only 1 service request per criteria, but you may edit them as and when you like.
